Ingredients
chicken(breast or thigh boneless)-1lb onion-2medium sized garlic-4to 5 cloves ginger-1tbs black cardmom=2 cloves-4-5 tomatoes-2medium sized salt-totaste red chilli powder-1tsp turmeric-for colour oil-4tbsp coriander
Cooking Instructions
1)thoroughly clean the chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces 2)heat the oil in a kadhai and when its hot,fry all the pices and in batches of 2to 3 till the pieces are golden brown and cooked from the inside 3)in the same oil add onions,garlic,ginger and fry till they are brown and oil starts to seperate. 4)add the whole spices,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric and continue to stir for 1-2 min 5)now add tomatoes and chicken and stir the ingredients.add some water and cover to simmer for 15-20min 6)garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chappati or rice
