Dry Ingredients All Purpose Flour- 1cup Powdered Sugar-3/4 cup (adjust as per taste) Hershey Unsweetened Cocoa powder-6 tbsp Baking soda -1 tsp Baking Powder-1/2 tsp Salt-1/4 tsp Wet ingredients Eggs-2 Rice Vinegar or( any vinegar )-1 tsp Milk-1/4 cup Oil /butter -1/4 cup Vanilla essence- 1tsp Ganache frosting Ingredients Semi sweet chocolate chips or (flavor u like)- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream -1/2 cup
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven @ 350 F..now sieve all dry ingredients.in a big bowl.now slowly whisked all wet ingredients in a bowl.and slowly fold in dry ingredients .mixed all ingredients properly.now greased ur baking pan & pour cake batter.put in oven for baking for 35 min & check with tooth oick or knife.if its come clean it means it s baked..now take out ur cake ..put on a rack for cooling. put ur heavy cream in a pan to warm but i have warm it in microwave for 45 sec.put ur chocolate chips in a bowl & slowly pour heavy whipping cream and mix .don't mix fast ..slowly chocolate will melt. For frosting let cake come on room temp.shaved from top for smooth frosting finishing .apply ganache & keep in fridge ..to set & enjoy ur Chocolate cake with ganache frosting ..
